OUTSIDE SALES
Outside Sales Associates are challenged first and foremost to foster strong relationships with key accounts in their respective geographic region. These team members maintain regular contact with their customer base in an effort to surpass their clients’ expectations. In addition, outside sales associates identify and develop new customers and prospective business in their designated territories.
INSIDE SALES
Inside Sales Associates act as a liaison between branch outside sales people and customers. These sales professionals provide superior customer service to both current and prospective clients through phone, email and in person interactions at the branch. Coordinating customer orders, producing quotes and providing specifications for projects are just a few of the responsibilities these team members are tasked with.
COUNTER SALES
Counter Sales Associates possess an encyclopedic level of plumbing product knowledge for customers. These team members serve our customers at each of our sales counters by providing answers to questions conducting face to face sales transactions. In addition, these associates also perform various warehouse responsibilities including order pulling for will call customers as well as receiving and merchandising inventory as needed.
PURCHASING
Purchasing Associates maintain relationships with vendors, manufacturers’ representatives and regional product managers. These industry professionals monitor and control inventory levels while working alongside the executive team to align with company objectives.
ACCOUNTING
Accounting Associates process all invoices for trade and non trade vendors, research all open items for various manufacturers, and verify all open account statements. Additionally, all Accounts Receivable responsibilities fall under these team members’ responsibilities.
WAREHOUSE
Warehouse Associates provide superior customer service through their precision in order pulling, PO receiving, inventory control, timeliness of delivery coordination and safety. These associates are skilled in both forklift and reach truck operation along with a business acumen in efficient warehouse management.
DRIVERS
Delivery Drivers are experts at getting products to our customers efficiently. These associates have clean driving records and a desire to surpass our customers’ expectations. Drivers operate everything from Pickup Trucks to 53’ tractor-trailers.
